Principles for Managing Ethics in the Public Service: OECD Recommendation
Author:
OECD; PUMA
Abstract:
This report lists the twelve principles for managing ethics in the public service adopted as a recommendation by the OECD. Public management reforms involving greater decentralization and devolution of authority have challenged traditional values in the public service, and the principles are intended to assist countries in reviewing the institutions, systems and mechanisms they have in place for promoting ethics.
